The easiest, fast and delicious sausage casseroles with egg and cheese.
First grease the casseroles well with oil.
Cut the tomatoes into cubes and add them to the casseroles.
Dice the cheese and add it to the tomatoes.
Cut the sausage into cubes and add to the casseroles.
Add tomato paste, fill to within 5 millimeters of the edge of the casserole or more to prevent it from boiling over while in the oven.
On each of the casseroles, crack one egg on top. It's a good idea to swap the products in the middle so there is room for the egg.
Season with salt and pepper on top and put to bake at 200 degrees in the oven.
Bake first with the lid on for about 20 minutes and then remove the lids for another 10 minutes of baking, you can add grated cheese. The last and most important step is to turn it out onto a plate and enjoy! Bon Appetit!
