This is not a fine cake. This is a solid, dense and honest cake - with eggs, cheese and sausage. It rises quickly, holds a sieve, and goes equally well with aperitif or a cold beer.


Arrange all the ingredients, beat the eggs and add a teaspoon of baking soda and the oil.



Whisk and add the yogurt and flour until a thick mixture forms



The consistency should be thick , without lumps



Cut the sausage into small cubes, crumble the cheese and add to the mixture. .




Put the mixture in a baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes , you can check with a wooden stick if it sticks by pricking it slightly.


We take it off the stove, wait 5 minutes for it to go to the field, open a beer if it's past 12 noon and enjoy the most delicious cake on earth!
